All customers are required to provide photo identification before signing their storage contract. Customers are provided with an electronic access card for entering and exiting the gated property. There is $10.00 refundable deposit for the card. The card is programmed with the gate access hours 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. The card is for the use and sole responsibility of the customer.
The property entrance has an audible alarm to alert the owners when a customer is approaching the gate. The gate requires an electronic access card to open and will automatically close after a set interval. The property has a six foot chain link fence and the perimeter is inaccessible except for the gates. There are strategically placed lights and cameras to record and monitor activity.
The electronic access cards and security cameras are managed by the owners ensuring that only current customers have access to the property.
The self-storage units are constructed of steel, and feature secure latches for optimum lock placement. When you store with Twin Peeks self-storage you use your own lock and key, ensuring that you, and only you, have access to your storage unit.
Twin Peeks Storage does its best to provide a safe and secure environment; the equipment and/or vehicles you place in the yard and goods you place in a self-storage unit are your sole responsibility. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure their valuables. Twin Peeks Storage does not insure against their damage or loss. Although many policies do, do not assume that your homeowner’s policy provides you with full or partial coverage for items in storage. Please contact your insurance agent or broker for coverage details for off-site insurance of your valuables.
Waiver of Liability
Twin Peeks Storage shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to any valuables stored on the premises, or any injury to an individual however caused.
